Our Semi-Private Training offers a highly personalized coaching experience with only 2 women per session. This format is ideal for those who want focused attention, customized programming, and accountability—without committing to one-on-one training. Each session includes individualized strength training tailored to your goals, movement patterns, and experience level, all within a private, all-women’s training space. With fewer participants, coaching is more hands-on, allowing for precise form corrections, progress tracking, and intentional progression. In addition to training, semi-private clients receive macronutrient coaching to support fat loss, muscle building, and overall performance. You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a sustainable way that fits your lifestyle—so results extend beyond the gym. Our Small Group Training is intentionally limited to just 6 women per session to ensure a high level of personalization and coaching.
