Our Small Group Training is intentionally limited to just 6 women per session to ensure a high level of personalization and coaching. This program blends the energy of group training with the attention of individualized programming—so you’re never lost in a crowd. You’ll train in a private, all-women’s space designed to feel supportive, empowering, and free of intimidation. Every workout is thoughtfully structured to help you build strength, improve body composition, and gain confidence, with hands-on coaching, form corrections, and modifications tailored to your needs.
